Kelly joined Delmarva Financial Group as a Brand Ambassador in summer 2026 after 20 years of experience in the education, legal, and nonprofit sectors. Born in Annapolis and raised primarily in Cape St. Claire, she also lived across the United States and overseas as part of a Navy family. After graduating from Broadneck High School in 1999, Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in History & Social Sciences with a minor in Political Science in 2003, from Towson University, and a Master of Science in Curriculum & Instruction, with a focus on Leadership, from McDaniel College in 2006. In 2025, she earned the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, demonstrating her project leadership and delivery expertise. Kelly focuses on building brand awareness and strengthening community engagement.
Kelly lives in Foley, Alabama, with her husband of more than 20 years, Joe. She has served on a nonprofit board and volunteered with several community organizations. In her free time, she enjoys baking sourdough bread, traveling, and embracing the Gulf Coast lifestyle.
